Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Baguer-Morvan can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

On the ground floor:  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, airfryer, filter coffee maker etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
On the first floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: with a single bed  
  
Outside:  
\- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- An enclosed garden, facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and vegetable garden  
  
The house is ideally located in Baguer-Morvan, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
