Property Summary  
The Fienile di Policleto is a charming single-family house located in Bagno A Ripoli, Italy, just 6 kilometers from both San Polo in Chianti and Grassina. It is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a cozy vacation rental in Tuscany. The property consists of a main house and outbuilding situated on a secluded 10,000 square meter plot of land with a terraced garden filled with trees and a courtyard. It offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the private swimming pool, which measures 17 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 120 to 220 centimeters. The pool is available for use from May 1st to October 15th and features a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. There's also an outdoor shower, and pool maintenance is provided by the owner/gardener.  
  
Other Information  
The motor access road to the property is bumpy and 30 meters long. The owner lives on the same property and has a dog, and there may be animals in the neighborhood. A shop is located just 2 kilometers away, with a supermarket 6 kilometers from the property.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The Fienile di Policleto is conveniently located just 15 kilometers from the center of Florence and within easy driving distance of popular attractions like Greve in Chianti (15 km), San Gimignano (55 km), and Siena (70 km). A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.

Unit Layout  
"Policleto" is a spacious 8-room house that spans across three levels. The house features a living/dining room equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. There are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The lower ground floor can be accessed by an exterior staircase and comprises a living/dining room with a kitchen corner leading to the garden, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor has a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and a bathroom. The second upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath/shower/bidet/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house boasts a large garden of 100 m2 with terrace furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The panoramic view is breathtaking. Electric heating and air conditioning are available at an additional cost. The house is equipped with a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and WiFi, which is available free of charge.

The house has been furnished with comfortable and cosy decor that is sure to make you feel right at home during your vacation. Please note that Policleto is a non-smoking house, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
