A family of four with kids at 4 and 8\. The host Paul is very warm and helpfull, and we enjoyed our stay, hanging by the pool and drove out to see the beautiful and quiet area. De informatie over het bezoeken van Florence die Paul gaf bleek niet actueel meer. Zo waren de kosten voor de treinreis vanaf Lucca en parkeerkosten in Lucca flink hoger dan Paul dacht.De inrichting van de accomodatie was netjes maar wel enigszins gedateerd. Voor een verblijf van 5 dagen is één handdoek per persoon echt te weinig! Wir hatten das große Glück, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und somit den wunderbaren Garten und Poolbereich für uns hatten. Das Objekt war sauber, gepflegt, einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die 2 Kochplatten sind für größere Menüs nicht geeignet, aber für unsere kleinen Kochaktionen und den Espresso am Morgen völlig ausreichend. Paul war ein zuverlässiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar war. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort verlief einwandfrei. Sep 11, 2016 #### Modern comfort in a wonderful converted barn. The property is a lovely barn conversion, with comfortable, modern furnishings. We really enjoyed using the pool and sitting out on the terrace. The property is in a great location a 5-min walk from Bagni Di Lucca village. Paul, the property manager was very welcoming and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the bedrooms were uncomfortably hot at night during our August stay. This is because we felt we couldn't leave the windows open due to the voracious mosquitoes in the area, which bite day or night. Fly screens on the windows would have allowed us to let some air in without fear of more mozzie bites. As I say though, otherwise a wonderful stay in a lovely location. ##### Helen P.
