Beautiful three-room apartment ideally located in the popular area of Les Esserts.The spacious living room, with a fireplace, opens directly onto a south-facing balcony, offering a beautiful light and a pleasant view.A convivial dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen complete the living space.The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, ideal for hosting family or friends.Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, guarantee comfort and practicality.The apartment has a parking space in the garage as well as Wi-Fi.Please note that pets are not allowed. -- The keys are available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23\.
