### 210SQM of Swiss Alpine charm-Minutes to the Ski lift

This charming chalet boasts breathtaking 270-degree mountain views and is nestled in a tranquil, highly sought-after area. Conveniently located just a 300-meter walk from the ski lift, it offers effortless access to the slopes. Additionally, the navette bus stop is right outside the house, providing a direct link to Medran. For those arriving from Le Rouge/Brunet, the walk is only 5 minutes.  
  
This spacious property, encompassing 210 sqm plus balconies and garden, embraces a traditional style with elegant light pine wood, old stone, and marble accents. Its excellent orientation ensures sunshine throughout the day. Spread over four floors, the property features a private lift that connects the basement garage and utility area to the main living and bedroom floors.  
  
On the first floor, you'll find a bright lounge and dining area that comfortably seats 10\. The space is equipped with modern conveniences, including cable TV and WIFI. The open-plan kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Access to the balconies is available from all rooms, and there is also a guest toilet.  
  
The top floor hosts the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a cozy snug area with a TV, ideal for children to relax and play.  
  
The ground floor includes twin double bedrooms that share an ensuite shower room, a twin bunk bedroom that sleeps four, and a family bathroom. All rooms on this level have access to the garden.  
  
On the lower ground floor, which connects to the garage with space for two cars, you'll find a laundry room, cloakroom area, and a ski locker.  
  
Refundable damage deposit will be collected directly as well as the city tax. The deposit will be refunded after the checkout if no damage is found.
