LUCHON "RESIDENCE LES TERRASSES D'ETIGNY" Located at the foot of the cable car for SUPERBAGNERES.  
  
Building "LES GENETS", studio for two people, right in the center, halfway between the thermal baths and shops. 1st floor with elevator. East facing with balcony.  
  
This quiet studio has an entrance, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a living room with a bed for 2 people and chest of drawers, television, a kitchen with multifunction oven, ceramic hob, table and chairs.  
  
Cellar in the basement.  
Municipal parking at the foot of the residence. Pets not allowed  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €55  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
\- Studio cleaning: €55.  
\- Sheets 140 + pillowcases: €10.
