I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. "There are only 3 sockets. One is used for the fridge and the other for the TV. To charge your phone or whatever else you might need another socket for, tough luck. My wife said the tissue paper wasn’t great, I thought it was fine. Hotel receptionists aren’t friendly or helpful. One told my wife to Google what she wanted to know. The place is old, but for the price we can’t complain. Very convenient location and was fine for my wife and kids. "
