Summary:  
Baia de Bahas Residence is a beachfront apartment complex with amazing views of the Gulf of Marinella. It's got terraced units surrounded by gardens, plus a restaurant/pizzeria, café, market, and Yoga centre. The nearby sandy coves are perfect for swimming, and the beautiful Marinella beach is only 1 km away. You'll need a car to get around, as the complex is 5 km from Golfo Aranci and 4 km from Porto Rotondo.  
  
The Space:  
(33 sqm): living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower  
  
Guest Access:  
"NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance. Check-in after 24:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement (guests will be accommodated the next day) or, if communicated at the moment of the reservation, they will be welcomed and surcharged 50.00 € to be paid upon arrival. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. It consists of three complexes of flats separated by a central area where you can find the reception office, a snack bar, a restaurant and a laundry. Each complex features a swimming pool and is set at about 100 metres from the other. In Badesi there are shops, cafés, restaurants, a tourist medical service and a pharmacy. The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are at 2.5 kms and 3 kms away, and they can also be reached by public bus (bus stop at 50/100 mts).  
  
Getting Around:  
TRANSFER: Olbia apt/pt, Alghero or Porto Torres 1/3 pax car € 155.00; 4/8 pax car € 205.00. Transfer service from/to Golfo Aranci Harbour € 30.00 surcharge per car. Night transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 30% surcharge. All prices indicated are one way. "
