"Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. "Lovely location and you can walk straight onto the beach where you can spot giant turtles swimming. Room was spacious with ocean front balcony, bathroom clean but tired. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Great base for visiting Galle as well. Plenty of shops and restaurants outside. Friendly and helpful staff."

"This place was heavenly. Close enough to Fort for tuk-tuk far enough a way for a lovely peaceful space. Pool area was lovely. Rooms spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was also perfect and served up to 11.30 They didn't offer dinner but that was no problem as we were able to order Uber eats and they gave us plates Wonderful massages too A lovely chilled oasis "

"The towel had not been changed. I requested a change but received no response. I asked again and it was eventually changed. There were numerous gaps around the balcony door, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room. I requested mosquito repellent and received it, but it proved ineffective. Even whilst sleeping, mosquitoes flew around my face, causing discomfort. Access to the beach was poor."
