Property Summary  
The Diamondsky is a very modern, detached chalet located at an altitude of 1,600 meters in Wolfsberg, Austria. Built in 2022, this vacation rental is surrounded by meadows in the district of Kliening, offering a quiet and sunny position on a slope. With amenities like Internet WiFi, parking, TV, hot tub, central heating, washing machine, and tumble dryer, it provides a comfortable stay for guests.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a natural state surroundings and is situated just 400 meters from the skiing area. While the motor access to the grounds is bumpy (via an unmade road), requiring snow chains in winter, there is a stepped path (30 steps) leading directly to the house. Parking is available for two cars.  
  
Other Information  
Nearby amenities include a grocery store 15 km away, a restaurant 1 km away, and the picturesque Längssee lake located 35 km from the property. The self-service machine for food and everyday necessities is conveniently located 500 meters away. Please note that a car is recommended due to the property's location on the mountain, and Internet reception may vary depending on weather conditions.

This 4-room chalet spans 100 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. The spacious and bright interior features modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall with a separate WC. The open-concept living and dining area is expansive, offering a cozy space to relax or entertain while enjoying international TV channels. This area also provides access to a terrace, perfect for basking in the fresh air or admiring the stunning distant mountain views. The chalet boasts three double bedrooms, each measuring 15 square meters. One of the bedrooms leads directly to the terrace, while the other two feature en-suite bathrooms equipped with hand-basins, hydro massage bathtubs, and electric heating for added comfort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is well-appointed with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. You'll have access to a fully-equipped open kitchen, complete with a toaster, kettle, grill, and electric coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. The property also offers a washing machine and dryer, allowing you to keep your belongings fresh during your stay. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge, although connectivity may be intermittent due to the geographic location.
