« Le personnel est courtois et le déjeuner est très bien. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle, mais on voit que ce sont de vieilles installations. La vue sur les montagnes est vraiment magnifique et il est très facile de se rendre au Königsee et au téléphérique Jennerbahn depuis l’hôtel (environ 15 minutes en voiture). À notre arrivée, on nous a remis un accès par courriel qui donne des rabais sur certaines activités et rend les transports en commun gratuits. »

« Hôtel à l’environnement très bruyant face à une route excessivement passagère. Avec un niveau de prix assez élevé, nous aurions a minima trouver une bouteille d’eau avec les 4 verres posés sur une table. Même pas un petit bonjour le matin au petit déjeuner, c’est déplorable ! Certains hôtes vantent leur restaurant où on est accueilli comme si on dérangeait… On nous a collé dans un coin de la terrasse sans lumière… Nous n’avons même pas pu manger de dessert, on ne voyait même pas nos assiettes....
