Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels . Zimmer und der Rest des Hotels sehr sauber . Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und auch sauber . Leider habe ich beim Einchecken ein wenig Information vermisst . Zb von welchen Zeit es Frühstück gibt . Der Check in lief im allgemeinen nicht so gut . Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre angebracht gewesen.

Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen - es gibt überhaupt nichts zu verbessern. Das Personal ist unglaublich toll, wie man es sich für ein gutes Hotel wünscht: freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam, unaufdringlich, ruhig und professionell. Frühstücksbuffet für ein 4 Sterne Superior Haus angemessen. Super sauber und ordentlich - wirklich alles ist sehr sauber, selbst in den Möbeln kein Staub, alle Fenster sauber, sanitäre Bereiche sauber, keine üblen Gerüche, alles ist auch technisch oder funktional einwandfrei. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Laura und Mario

Durchschnittliches und in unserer Meinung überbewertet Hotel mit schlechtem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in guter Lage und Ausblick, sofern ein Premium-Zimmer gebucht wurde. SPA Bereich ist nur in der Woche ausreichend groß und eher übersichtlich (jeweils Platz für 4-5 Erwachsene in einer der beiden Holz-Saunen). Statt der angegebenen 60°C sind es 85°C. Aufgrund kaputter Türelektronik waren wir auf der Terrasse ausgesperrt und mussten einen anderen Hintereingang nutzen. Widersprüchliches Außenbild: Es wird mit stark mit Nachhaltig geworben aber in dem Zimmer sind viele verschwenderische Halogenlampen verbaut. Frühstück war umfangreich aber die Brötchen sind sehr fest. Das Abendessen war kein Highlight und überteuert mit aber sehr gutem Service. Lieber im Ort essen gehen. Insgesamt ein solides aber nicht herausragendes Hotel. Wir werden es nicht mehr besuchen.

Mittelmäßigkeit auf schick gemacht

Ich war leider nicht sehr angetan vom Restaurant, ein Insider aus dem Ort hatte uns auch später gesagt, dass einheimische dort in der Regel auch nicht mehr Wsswn gehen weil es nur auf schick gemacht ist. Der Wellnesbereicxh war komplett überfüllt, ein Hotel mit derart vielen Zimmer sollte meiner Meinung nach keine Mann Saunas bauen- weniger Liege mehrAngebotsfläche. Auch die eine Tempreaturverstellbate Dusche war stets heiß umkämpft

Upersonlig betjening - virkede uorganiseret i deres modtagelse af nye (forhåndsreserverede) gæster. Godt og rent værelse samt morgenbuffet. Ingen rådgivning om området i receptionen (vandreruter og top 3 must see kunne ikke præciseres). Vi skulle betale 25 EURO for en lille hund, som kun måtte være på værelset - det dyreste og mest begrænsede vi har oplevet i EU!

Pour un 4 étoiles certaines choses devraient être

Arrivée bien passée efficace avec le monsieur à l’accueil . Parking impeccable ,mais quel dommage pour un hôtel d’une tel qualité de faire payer les recharges électrique . J’ai voyagé en Allemagne et Autriche et chaque fois ce n’était pas payant . À 21h30 plus moyen de manger ,pas prévenu à l’arrivée . Le départ a 10h30 obligatoire un peu exagéré pour le prix . Piscine sol pas propre eau qui stagne et cela devrait être indiqué de se doucher avant d’aller ds la piscine . Grand point positif le petit déjeuner excellent . La literie excellente et propreté de la chambre top .

Hôtel vraiment super en pleine nature avec une très belle vue. Très belle chambre bien spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain. Lespace spa est vraiment chouette et propre avec une bonne température d’eau. Concernant le petit déjeuner il est vraiment très très bon. Si je dois dire du négatif ce sera sur le personnel qui devrait parler français et avoir plus d’informations en français. J’ai réservé une chambre avec lit double j’ai eu 2 lits simple collés et un des lits été bruyant. Un petit coup de nettoyage sur la terrasse au karcher ce serait bien aussi. Ce sont des détails pas très important et qui ont pas dérangés pour notre séjour c’est un super Hotel merci

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit toller Gastronomie und freundlichem Personal. Jedoch ist der Spa-Bereich klein und sowohl Dampfbad als auch Whirlpool waren bei unserem Aufenthalt defekt.
