Could be better

Nice appartment and location but cleaning and inventory definitely need improvement. No dishwasser in the kitchen. Frying pan with convex bottom needs to be replaced. There is no teapot Eating cutlary is incomplete. No cissors. Black mold in several places. Dirty glass in mirror and TV screen is not clean. Mechanism of balcony door is not working properly. To much weeds on balcony. Tumble dryer did not dry at first because the condensed water reservoir was full. Fluff filter of the dryer had not been cleaned for a long time.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, oberflächlich war's okay, aber Staub und Spinnweben waren in einigen Stellen zu finden, Fenster waren auch verschmutzt. Einige Lichter waren kaputt, für die Fernbedienung haben wir neue Batterien gekauft. Es fehlte zuerst noch Geschirrtuch und Handtuch,die bereits vorhandenen Handtücher waren feucht. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig,da eine Fernbedienung fehlt. Die Heizkörper sind nicht entlüftet und deshalb gluckern sie und heizen nur teilweise. Die Kommunikation ist aber gut und es wurden Handtücher nachgeliefert. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche ist bestenfalls lauwarm, die Menge des Wassers spärlich. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr verschmutzt. Dachfenster bei Starkregen nicht ganz dicht.Was uns gefallen hat: Parkplatz vorm Haus, gute Lage, Supermarkt in der Nähe, ruhig. Bequemes Bett und Sofa, Sessel. Sonnige Terrasse, allerdings nicht gepflegt. Fazit: da ist viel zu verbessern, damit man den Aufenthalt dort genießen kann. Der Inhaber ist informiert und hat versprochen, zeitnah sich darum zu kümmern.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Umgebung ist toll und die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Wasser zum Duschen ziemlich kalt. Außerdem gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schließsystem der Wohnung, die aber schnell über ein Telefonat geklärt werden konnten.

Top Wohnung

Top Wohnung, Bad Bentheim ist nicht so viel los aber die Nähe zu den Niederlande ist ein großer Vorteil. Alles im Ganzen zu empfehlen. Super nette Kommunikation.
