Seasonal Fully Furnished Mobile home

Welcome fishermen, hunters, and kayakers! Fully furnished Mobile home located directly across the street from Grindstone Harbor boat launch on Lake Huron.
This rental is a work in progress. Many updates inside and out including central air . We do have 4 unadvertised RV sites on the same property, 2 are full time seasonal sites.
We have a quarry that we have been working on to clean up and deepen, so there might also be an excavator on site and I never know when he'll be there, he's a super nice guy but his equipment is loud, he is not there all the time. There's a nice patio with chairs overlooking the quarry to enjoy and relax.
Please please please keep an eye on your kids! Lots of water around you here..
There's 1 large community fire pit or a small more portable one if you'd rather be more by yourself.
Just bring your personal items and you'll be ready to start your vacation. Includes cable/Xfinity streaming box, please bring your own passwords and internet. Sheets and towels. Sleeps 4 comfortably, (but does include a full size pull out sofa and a regular couch), 1 queen, and 1 full sized bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked with full sized fridge, range, microwave. Pots n pans, dinnerware, towels etc. (Minus a vegetable peeler, I'm told lol.) You may have to bring your own plastic wrap and bags, foil or whatever favorite items you may need to make your stay more comfortable. There are some storage bowls. We have a couple charcoal grills on the property for your use.
Pet friendly, (with restrictions). Please clean up after your pet and leashes are a must.
We do have city water delivered in a large tank, not many wells in our area.

Driving directions: m25 north to Pearson Rd. Follow the concrete around. Will turn into Pointe Aux Barques Rd at the lake. Drive straight ahead. This was the third time we rented this cozy place. It is perfect for relaxing and staying away from the crowd but only a quick 5-10 mins drive to Port Austin downtown area. My teenager loves going out fishing and appreciates the big TV! He can also hook up his game console so in case of a rainy day kids stay occupied. I love the well equipped kitchen that really helps with convenience and keeps the food bill down. The beach is very close, we can go kayaking too and I enjoy sitting on the large covered patio reading and having coffee. We also enjoyed fire roasted marshmallow and the tabletop grill is great too. This place has really become our favorite vacation spot because it's so cozy and Jeanne is the best host

I was impressed with how clean it was. Everything was as stated. A very large screen TV and 2 couches! The beds was comfy and we all enjoyed our stay!!

Not a private getaway
The mobile home itself was nice and clean. There were 4 of us staying for a week. The listing says supplies toilet paper, garbage bags and a stocked kitchen. We were left 3 rolls of tp, one garbage bag (which was in the can) . No biggie, went and got my own. The next day (Monday) at about 7:40 owner pulls into property with a tow truck to get one his pieces of equipment off the property,backing in no less (beep-beep-beep). The wife came by shortly after that and asked if we needed anything. I’m not one to complain, said no we’re all set,thanks. The husband was by at least 3 more times after that for various reason. Dropping off picnic tables, picking up or dropping something off. They were there everyday multiple times a day. I know this area very well and it’s a busy area with the harbor across the street. However, I don’t think the owners should be working on a property that they are renting out.
