"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Morocco! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, with traditional Moroccan design that really gives you an authentic experience while still feeling comfortable and luxurious. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. I especially loved the decor, it felt like I was truly immersed in the culture. The amenities were great, and everything I needed was easily available. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. "The only 2 negatives are its not easy to get to but they will meet you with a luggage cart, and sound carries so well that even laughter on the roof can wake guests. The positives are a plenty. Amazing staff. Great breakfasts. Awesome rooms. Great location"

"La habitación muy limpia y ordenada, el Riad es muy bonito, si quieres conocer realmente cómo es uno Marroquí es ideal. Todos en el staff muy atentos, gran hospitalidad, nos apoyaron con un guía turístico, varias recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y todas muy acertadas, buscan mucho que te sientas cómodo como en casa. El desayuno muy bueno, se preocupan porque sea de tu agrado el mismo, es muy completo y sobre todo con buen sazón. La ubicación del mismo es muy buena y accesible. Lo recomiendo 10/10"

"I stayed at this riad for two weeks and they literally treated me like family. At one point I got sick and they checked on me several times and went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The service was outstanding in every way and the restaurant is d3eservedly one of the top rated eateries in Fes. Stay here. You will be glad you did!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."
