"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport.
