« We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. »

« We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. »
