The spacious and tastefully furnished rooms provide plenty of space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With its convenient location and amenities close by, this property is perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful break by the sea. Book now for an unforgettable holiday experience in Ayr. It has a large front facing lounge, fully fitted kitchen with seating area, bright spacious master bedroom and large shower room on the 1st floor. The upper floor boasts three good sized bedrooms, one king size, one double and one has a double and small double bed, giving max occupancy 8 guests in the property. You can park for 2 hours free of charge on the street then move to the nearby Charlotte Street car park which is chargeable and a short walk from the apartment, there is also free parking at Ayr Beach. It is situated near the seafront that you can have a leisurely stroll along or take your kids to the beachpark or softplay area. It is also central to the busy town centre which has many shops, bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historic Burns Cottage and Burns Monument. There is also a large Morrisons within walking distance. IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Please do not open the bathroom window too far as there are seagulls nesting outside the window, and please close this when you leave for the day or vacate the apartment for the last time. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
