### Holiday Home 'Hestia' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Hestia is located in AYLLON and has direct access to the ski slopes. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for the home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as books and toys for children. There is also a pool table. There is also a cot available. This accommodation does not have: air conditioning. This holiday rental features a private balcony for relaxing in the evening.  
  
Located close to the beautiful historic centre of Ayllon, this charming village house offers all modern conveniences. The centre offers two supermarkets, hairdressers, health facilities, shops and restaurants. Furthermore, the property is located 16 km from Maderuelo and the river, 22 km from Riaza, 31 km from Pinilla ski resort and 45 km from Sepulveda.
