This cosy and spacious three-bedroom holiday home is all set on the ground floor making it very accessible. It boasts a large front and rear garden with a lawn and patio area, two shower rooms and a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory. Quietly tucked away on a country lane next to a working farm and within easy reach of the Devonshire coastline with distant sea views, this retreat really does have the perfect location. As you enter the property, head into the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. After a fun-filled day exploring the coastline, gather your friends and family around the dining table in the conservatory for a celebratory home-cooked meal and relax on the sofas in the living room. The conservatory doors open out into the beautiful, large and sunny enclosed wrap-around garden which has a lawn, outdoor seating and is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. Three bright and beautiful bedrooms await; the first with a zip and link super king-size bed (which can be split into twin beds if requested), a TV and an en-suite with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds, both sharing use of the family shower room which has a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic Devonshire base, explore the rolling countryside and moorlands, with easy access across the borders of Somerset and Dorset to experience the delights all three regions has to offer.
