The property is situated in a prime location, just 14 km from the center of Innsbruck and 6.4 km from the picturesque lake.

Embrace the great outdoors during your stay at Karin. The property features a private barbecue area, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining and creating lasting memories. Walking paths are accessible just 400 meters away, inviting you to explore the scenic surroundings. For winter enthusiasts, the nearby ski resort, Axamer Lizum, is only 8.5 km away, while the Mutterer Alm/Götzner Bahn ski area is a mere 3.5 km from the property. Additionally, a sled run and cross-country ski track are conveniently located within the vicinity.
