This wonderful 2bed/2bath condo situated on the top floor, comfortably sleeps six, and is the perfect set up for your active mountain lifestyle. Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort! \*\*Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in! Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings, fresh paint, wonderful fixtures, and tasteful furnishings. The completely remodeled kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and Knotty alder doors and cabinets giving a mountain feel, (rustic but elegant). You will find it stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious feast. The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living space features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace. Sit back and relax while sipping a glass of wine and discussing the days’ adventures or step outside to enjoy third floor views off your private balcony complete with gas barbecue and whip up a delectable meal. Make your way down the hall to find the newly renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/soaker tub combo. The guest bedroom is fitted with a twin XL upper bunk/queen/twin trundle and new hotel quality linens providing flexible sleeping options for families. The master bedroom is complete with flat screen TV, queen bed with plush linens, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom invites you in with a glass corner radius shower, granite countertops and new fixtures. Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun! Extra amenities include full size washer/dryer, an assortment of 25 board games, parking, and a locked storage closet for skis and bikes just outside the unit. No matter the season you will find this is the best place to call home on your next destination vacation! You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival. The walk to the shuttle pickup/dropoff was about 7 minutes and easy. There was a ski/board locker just outside of the condo door for storage of skis/boards. The reserved parking spot was right in front of the unit stair entry so it was super convenient for unloading/loading. This condo is on the 3rd floor so you will need to go up and down stairs.The interior of the condo was nicely updated with large flat screen TVs, fully updated kitchen, and fully updated bathrooms. Kitchen had all the equipment/pans to cook whatever you decided to bring or go shopping for. A "City Market" store is about a 4 minute drive and has reasonably priced food and everything else. There is a deck with a BBQ which is very convenient for cooking food if not in the mood for going out to eat the whole trip. Beds were OK, mattresses had toppers but they were pretty firm and seemed pretty old. They were comfortable enough, but this was the only semi-negative about the condo. All in all, a very nice stay at this condo. Made skiing at Beaver Creek super convenient. ##### Dan K. Unit is advertised as completely remodeled condo. The only thing new is a small slab of granite for the kitchen. Everything else seems to be 25-30 years old. Kitchen wear was very old, pillows were so old the property manager took them out of the unit after seeing them. Beds were rock hard. Mattresses were the old style floral print ones from the 80’s. The fact that the unit was dated was not the main issue we had. Cleanliness and maintenance were the main issues. Utensils had visible food from prior guests on them. The carpets were visibly soiled. When you walked on them there were wet and crunchy spots. We would not walk bare foot on them. Upon inspection of the pillows under the cases, they were severely stained and appeared to be decades old. The kitchen sink was slow to drain. And the biggest let down was no hot water. One person would shower then no hot water for hours. At this point (night one) we got a hold of the property manager who wanted to send a plumber at 10pm. We had just traveled 10 hours and wanted to wait until the morning. When morning came we were met with hostility and told we had our opportunity the night before. Seven hours later, someone from the property management’s company came to inspect and agreed the unit was in no shape to be rented. The water hearted in the unit was extremely old upon his inspection. He apologized for the cleanliness and agreed the unit owner has severely neglected it. ##### James S. From what we could tell from the website, it seemed better and bigger but that’s probably typical for an hotel or vacation spot. Communication and assistance with staff was unbeatable. Parking was perfect right in front. It was great having washer and dryer in the unit. Appliances were perfect. Carpet was stained in places but everything was clean. We had all we needed supplied and then some. It just needs some updates and maintenance but nothing horrible. I won’t stay there again but I may have to pay more. Bed mattresses and pillows are possibly decades beyond needing replaced. Gap between carpet and bathroom tile just covered with carpet remnant. Blinds don’t work well enough to block light. Two bathrooms meant minimal wait times. The beds were comfortable and the condo is stocked with enough kitchen tools to make a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and low key place to stay while on vacation. ##### Manali A. Quiet location, close to attractions. Only shortcoming is that the kitchen isn't as well stocked as other places we've stayed. We had a neighbor wake us up at midnight with pounding on the door to move our car, only to find out someone else's car was in her parking spot. We were told multiple times that if we parked in the wrong spot our car would be booted, even though the parking lot was less than 50% full. The property and management team were very helpful, but we left with an unfortunately negative taste in our mouth. ##### Danny R.
