Avon's Calling is styled and equipped according to the preferences of its owner. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are included. Reservation charges, fees for partial stays, pet-related costs, taxes, and insurance are applicable. In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. It is well-maintained and comfortable. I really liked how the surrounding trees blocked the views so it felt more private and peaceful. Be aware that since this is a dog friendly home, the sofa did smell a bit like wet dog and had a decent amount of dog hair. Luckily I had a quilt to lay over the sofa while we used it. And although the kitchen is nice, it is very minimally stocked. There wasn't even a strainer for draining pasta or rinsing fruit. So bring a lot of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking a lot. I would definitely stay here again and would just pack supplies accordingly. ##### Jadee K. Perfect for me, my husband and 2 dogs. The only issue was the grass was very high in the fenced in yard. The dogs did not like being outside. I did call sunday and left a message if someone would be mowing. I never received a phone call back. I called again and spoke with someone who said they did have a message in to the lawn company but did not know when they would be there. They never came. ##### Amy M.
