The top level is a great spot for FAMILY TIME featuring the great room with large flat panel Smart TV/Blu-ray and sliders to the extra large 10 ft deep sun deck. Surf or Sound realty (the company behind the booking) not only did not send anyone out, but we never even got as much as a call back regarding the incident after multiple calls and emails. It was early in the season so a bit cold, but we got in a bit of beach time - wading in the water, flying kites, nighttime bonfire. Being just steps to the beach walkway was fantastic!! We also explored Hatteras and loved the laid back vibe of the island. The property was spacious and perfect for our small family!
