HIGH TIDES, GOOD VIBES is exactly that — a beautiful place for your family to settle into the rhythm of relaxing and rejuvenating. This home is ideally located near the sound for amazing sunset views, and only a five-minute walk to the beach! You’ll feel the good vibes that come from this newly built four bedroom/three-bathroom home the moment you pull into the wraparound driveway. There is a spacious seven-person hot tub under the protection of the screened-in porch and gas grill available for all your BBQ meals. A hand-painted mural on the outdoor shower is a unique and fun personal touch. Two sets of steps — one to the lower level and one to the upper — allows you to unpack your car easily and conveniently. The lower level is home to the first bedroom with two sets of bunks and a TV. There’s a game room on this level, too, that features a wet bar, foosball table, dart board, giant Connect 4, and a 65-inch Smart TV. A full bathroom completes this level. Three more bedrooms occupy the second level: a pyramid bunk room and a queen room that share a hallway bath and a king master with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. Also on this level is the home’s open living space with cathedral ceilings. Very clean house that is spacy with plenty of room, and good kitchen area that blends into TV room. Bedrooms adequate, hot tub outstanding, outdoor shower perfect and the horseshoe driveway is the joint! We had two families, nine people (all over 22) and two well-mannered dogs. We have been getting together for over 30 years and this house fit the bill and then some...Would definitely come back, but would rather be a neighbor, haha!
