House and location are great! Berkshire Hathaway listed the house at one price accepted our reservation and a few days later voided the reservation saying the property should not have been listed. The next day the property was listed again with an increase in price. I rebooked because the property was perfect for a family gathering. In addition, the management company might want to consider fixing the broken twin bed in the upstairs bedroom, replacing a burned out light in the upstairs restroom and providing more than one towel to dry dishes for a large family. In summary we had a great time in a wonderful house but I wouldn't not recommend Berkshire Hathaway. In the future I will continue to use VRBO associated with a homeowner. ##### Nina G.
