Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants. This home features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances has everything you need. Dine in or entertain at the roomy dining table with seating for 6-8 guests plus. Relax in the living room furnished with ample seating, a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. New flooring installed throughout home. The unit itself was clean and nicely finished. Having access to the parking garage was a wonderful bonus, since it snowed over 2 feet while we were there and we never had to clean our car off! Easy access to Beaver Creek resort, being walking distance to their in-town gondola, or minutes to drive there. 15 minute drive to Vail.
