On the ground level there’s a fish cleaning station with water and lights, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. The first level is abuzz with activity as everyone comes together in the newly renovated contemporary kitchen, dining area and great room. Enjoy family meals around a dining table that seats eight or at the picnic table on the screened-in porch where a lovely ocean breeze keeps things comfortable. Beyond the porch is a furnished sundeck to soak in the rays. A newly furnished great room is the perfect place to settle in to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV or fire up a family game night. This level also includes a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and a laundry room.
