Just steps out your back door to walking path. Stroll along the river to enjoy dinner at the Westin or a day of paddle boarding at Nottingham Park. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Your family will be close to everything in Beaver Creek/Avon when you stay at our beautiful vacation home. Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries steps from your door. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town. Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas. From the over-sized couch to an open-concept living space, we pride ourselves on making your vacation the best it can be and that starts with the cleanliness and amenities of our condo.
