Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries steps from your door. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town. Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town.
