Two bedrooms (1 king and 2 Queen Bunk Beds), and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to six adults or children. You will discover luxurious, plush bedding and towels, and superior amenities. Relax near the warm fireplace, in the spacious living area. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Those working remotely will find free high-speed WiFi of benefit. We have been coming to the Avon/Beaver Creek area in the summer for many years... and this property is officially our favorite ever! First of all, the location is the best! It's on the residences side of the Westin, so we had access to all of the resort amenities (pool, gym, spa, retail and restaurants), but the convenience of a separate and less crowded lobby entrance, parking garage, elevators, etc. The other thing we love about this place is that it is located within walking distance to many other great spots within Avon (Nottingham Park, restaurants, retail), so there were many days that we didn't even need a car. And right outside the condo is a wonderful walking and bike trail alongside the river - it's so scenic! In addition to the perfect location, the condo itself was just wonderful! Everything seemed to be new and in perfect condition (furniture, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, etc). The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/accessories that we needed to prepare meals there with ease. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were all very spacious. My son enjoyed the second room which had a large bunk bed, his own TV, and a separate bathroom/shower. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit which we used several times. In conclusion, we had a great time staying at this condo and are already looking forward to booking it again next summer! ##### Krista V.
