Check in was so smoothe with instructions and video for parking. We had several changes due to winter storms and reed was very helpful and accommodating. This property may be the best we have stayed so far. It is beautifully decorated. Warm atmosphere, kitchen was amazing— as we like to cook. Beautiful property and excellent views. Very clean. We had the most incredible trip over Thanksgiving! Reed and Angie were both super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The condo is incredible and was totally spotless/clean when we got there. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking with all the pots, pans, utensils etc that we would need, and they even had plenty of soaps, paper towels, etc through the condo which was SO appreciated! The location of the condo in the village was perfect. We loved being able to watch our kids ice skate from the balcony and easily walk to everything. It is comfortable, well equipped, spotless, and so convenient. The proximity to the Park Hyatt is also a plus if you have extra family. Walking outside to ski school is an added bonus. The property is situated in the middle of the action. Quick access to ski schools and great location for restaurants. The condo is well appointed with everything you need and as comfortable as staying at the Ritz Carlton. Check in was amazing. The staff met as at check in, helped up with bags and gave us a tour.
