THE CONDO This brand-new mountain modern condo has some of the best views in the valley. It also offers the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer and luxurious bathroom. The south-facing deck is a great place to sit and sip coffee or your afternoon beverage of choice and enjoy the Colorado sunshine and ski slope views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with organic, luxury bedding and towels. If you have additional sleepers, the living room offers a comfortable and functional pull-out queen-sized bed, also with organic, luxury bedding. THE LOCATION Riverfront Village is Vail Valley's newest and hottest address. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley within the Town of Avon, it's a vibrant mountain community that is walkable, energized and active. The Town of Avon offers plenty of fun activities for kids, families, neighbors and friends to enjoy all year long. Enjoy the Eagle River with its meandering running/biking path that goes for miles. \* Nottingham Park and Lake is a 48-acre outdoor oasis within a 10-minute walk of Ski River Escape with a sprawling kid’s park and beach. The place was exactly as presented…well appointed, convenient to amenities of Westin and Gondola. It was perfect for two (would have been tight for four even though there’s a sofa-bed). The 60 resort cost daily is a bit steep but we enjoyed the gym, ski valet and shuttle convenience so was worth it. The East-West (on-site management) was very helpful (much more knowledgeable about how to get around than the Westin staff)! We would definitely stay here again when back in Avon/Beaver Creek! ##### Sharon M. The kids were delayed an hour for ski lessons when the valet lost their skis. It turned out that the skis were left outside at the valet stand overnight. When I attempted to bring the situation to the attention of management, they would not speak with me stating they were too busy. I requested a refund for the expensive valet service but never heard back.
