Very comfortable condo in Avon, only 100 yards from Riverside gondola--never a line, offloads at base of chair up the mountain, couldn't be easier. This was a much more affordable option than staying up near the main base area of Beaver Creek, and in reality easier to get on the mountain by avoiding a lengthy walk through the touristy (but fun to visit) Beaver Creek base mall. Owner Pete was helpful letting us in, easily contacted. We would stay here again, had a wonderful week of skiing! ##### Pete R. Everything had been redone except kitchen counters and cabinets which is happening later this year. The unit was well thought out with high end finishes. The bedding was so comfortable.
