« The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

« Property very clean . Plenty of towels and kitchen was well suited for big family dinners and breakfasts. Nice quiet neighborhood,close to Walmart in case we needed a quick run to the store. Plenty of bathrooms. Great base for many day time adventures. The only reasons that i did not give this property a five, is becuase the upstairs toliet would not flush unless we reached into the back and pulled the lever inside. A bit annoying. « The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet. »

« This is our 5th year visiting Avon to go skiing. So far this condo was our favorite. Perfect size for our family, comfortable for all of us. The location is so close to the Avon Gondola and local restaurants. The condo had anything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can’t wait to book this one again! Thank you! »

« For a place to stay it is fine. Nothing fancy and rather small for the amount of people it accommodates. The shower in the master closet is extremely small. You can barely turn around in it. The appliances are nice and functional. The fireplace never worked, although you are instructed to be patient, we waited all night. Good place to stay, the community is old and a little weathered. »
