The strategic position of Avola will allow you to quickly reach the places of Val di Noto and Inspector Montalbano, the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile, the wonderful Syracuse and Marzamemi as well as the most extreme tip of Italy Portopalo di Capo Passero and the island of Currents. The seafront where the holiday home is located is full of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, pizzerias where you can taste the typical dishes of the Sicilian food and wine tradition, such as arancini, cannoli, cassata, granitas. A few steps away you will also find the cellars of "Nero d'Avola", the famous red wine, where it is possible to book a food and wine tasting tour. The house offers all comforts such as air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, wi - fi, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toast machine and of course dishes, cutlery, towel, shampoo set and shower gel. The holiday home is also equipped with private parking with a gate equipped with remote control and automatic closing FAAC system. Externally the structure is equipped with a private patio with umbrellas and chairs so you can spend time outdoors perhaps reading a good book.
