Four charming apartments in an independent villa in Avola, with direct sea access.



Apartment Perla 1 is on the ground floor and has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and direct access to an outdoor area, a furnished veranda, and a small garden with deckchairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with TV. The first has a bunk bed and the second has a double bed and a single bed.

A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the accommodation.

The property is accessed via a small road and has a gate.

Guests have use of an uncovered parking space within the property.



Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, air conditioning throughout the property, heat pump heating and Wi-Fi.



Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, at a distance of about 30 km, you will find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its natural wildlife oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. If you are interested in culture, you should visit the Greek Theatre of Syracuse, the Archaeological Park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself, with its historical, cultural and natural beauty. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
