Laze in the pool with our floating beanbag. .A sun drenched north easterly aspect and only a 10 minute walk to the patrolled beach, surf club, cafes, movie theatre and playgrounds.
Impressive state-of-the-art kitchen with stone bench top and quality appliances. Light filled living area and dining flowing onto the partly covered outdoor entertaining alfresco kitchen & dining, where you can enjoy listening to the waves and gazing out to the ocean. The sound of the ocean is constant and is a magical way to fall asleep and wake up in the morning. Wifi is provided as well as Netflix & Disney for your entertainment. Stunning main bathroom with a spa bath & ensuite bathroom in the large main bedroom. A seperate toilet in the laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels provided. BYO beach towels. Our house accommodates six people. We have a portable cot, highchair and safety gate for the little ones to keep them contained in the living area. A few pool toys provided and some inside toys and books. Reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area and another in the main bedroom, fans in all bedrooms. There are two parking spots on the street level, even room to park a boat and one or two parking spots in the driveway. There are two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom. 3rd Sunday of the month has great markets. Lots of live music and food. It's hopping by 9am.
