« This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time! »

« Great location and adorable home. Would have liked to see a few more items for cooking like a spatula and salt/pepper. And more hooks in the home would have been better since it’s a tiny home. The bed was comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. Only other suggestion is to have a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. »

« This property is great for pets, located in a very nice neighborhood with a good park close by for walks. Also close to downtown, the train station and a shopping center with a grocery store, CVS, etc. Beds are comfortable, good pillows, quiet area. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware, well equipped (only missing an ice cream scoop ! ). The fenced front yard with "fake" grass worked well for our dogs. The back yard is also good but one of my dogs wanted to run around the second...
