It is also set up well to accommodate families. There were just three of us adults but it could easily have accommodate more children. We had plenty of room on the deck to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. You get a view of the pier but there is a new house that blocked the ocean view. We still enjoyed the hummingbirds and the beautiful weather listening to the waves.
