It had absolutely everything we needed and more! Fredric and Beatrice provided breakfast food, bread, milk, orange juice coffee, etc. which made our first day stress-free as we didn’t immediately need to find a market. The location was perfect: just in back of the Palais des Papes and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was about a 20-minute walk to the train station where we took advantage of our EurailPass and did a couple day trips (Orange, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Aix-en-Provence). The only drawback was the noisy street and that is probably what is found everywhere in this small city (narrow streets echoing sounds off walls and cobblestone). Once the windows are closed, it is much quieter but a little stuffy on warm days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very modern apartment in the historic city center. ##### Thomas P.
