In the district of Dalraddy, 6 km from the centre of Aviemore, 1.4 km from the lake, 19 km from the skiing area. Private: garden with lawn. Garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop 200 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Dalraddy" 300 m, railway station "Aviemore" 6 km. Ski lift 19 km. Nearby attractions: Cairngorm National Park, Highland Wildlife Park 8 km, Inverness 54 km, Landmark Forest Adventure Park 16 km, Highland Folk Museum 18 km.
