"We stayed for two nights. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink or shower. My wife had to wash her hair and clean up in the kitchen sink both days. We tried to contact her about this problem via your website several times and received no response. We also called the number the host gave us and never received a return call. Her voice mail box said it was full and not accepting messages. Also, there was a very loud generator outside our entry door which was right next to our bed making sleep...

"What a beautiful gem in Naples! This has everything you need (induction stove, washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, lots of towels, chocolates, wine, comfortable mattress, etc.), is exceptionally clean, and very quiet. I would easily stay here again and for a longer term. Thank you"

The only hiccup for our large group was the sleeping configuration. Due to different ages and genders, it would have been nice to have a pull-out couch as a place for the two teen girls. In all, a great stay and we would return. "
