"The property is as described, bigger than we expected and came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful host who showed us in. "The apartments was great and had all that we needed for an overnight stay for 3 adults. The negatives were that the entrance to the apartment was outside and up a flight of uncovered stairs which was not good in the rain. Also the bistro had a sign that it was open from 8am to 10pm but it was not open for breakfast. It was difficult finding anywhere open for breakfast in the area."

Great Budget Guesthouse
"Our room was clean and comfortable. We had shared bathrooms, but we did not find this to be a problem. There was no waiting, and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good. There is a nature path outside that we enjoyed taking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the walls are thin; fortunately, everything quieted down pretty early and stayed quiet throughout the night. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in this part of Iceland and don't mind sharing a bathroom, this would be a great option."
