This farm has 32 acres of grapes with a fishing pond, beautiful scenery, and a farm house that is very comfortable. The area has so much to do- 20 wineries, 17 covered bridges, Lake Erie, Geneva-on-the-Lake vacation land, antique stores, the SPIRE institute, The Grand river, and many restaurants to visit. Great location - beautiful property with the vines in the back yard. Easily could walk to a few wineries, restaurant, and distillery. Quick drive to a few others. Every detail was perfect. The antique decor was so charming and the home was exceptionally clean. The owner was very responsive and kind.
