The Space: Spend your evenings with friends and family gathered around the spacious covered deck, taking in the breathtaking sunsets on the horizon. This abode offers more than just a stunning backdrop. It also has an amazing location within minutes of the marina, local restaurants, and endless recreation options. Enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, boating, fishing, and swimming in the waters of Lake Travis, or opt for a game of pickleball or tennis in one of the nearby parks with sports courts. This home is an ideal destination where adventure and relaxation meet for one unforgettable vacation! Inside, the home is designed with gathering in mind. The inviting living space has ample seating for your entire group to enjoy quality time together, the wood burning fireplace, and the smart tv. Steps away, the spacious kitchen can also serve as a gathering space with seating along the kitchen counter. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster oven are all provided for your convenience. The formal dining table seats 8 guests, with additional seating provided in the kitchen and back outside on the home’s beautiful deck. This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and tv. THINGS TO NOTE: Lake Travis water level fluctuates and at times, when water is excessively low, use of the dock is not available. Please check the current water level. It is important to note that as per Lakeway's ordinance, parking boat trailers on the street is strictly prohibited, and towing will be enforced. Additionally, parking trailers and boats on the driveway is prohibited. Please make parking arrangements beforehand to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival. The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. 4 parking spaces are provided in the driveway. Washer and dryer in unit. This premier location provides guests with access to the best of Texas Hill Country, while Downtown Austin is only 40 minutes away. Lakeway is a community that really has it all! From water activities on Lake Travis to visiting fabulous wineries, or playing beautiful golf courses, there is something for everyone in your group to enjoy. Guests can head deeper into Hill Country to explore trails for hiking and biking, or make the easy drive into Austin to enjoy live music and unique urban culture. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The covered deck was an amazing place for everyone to relax. It was fun to watch the deer and other animals on the hillside from the safety of the deck!! The beds were comfortable, and the home was well equipped. The steep driveway was not for the faint of heart… but after one or two trips, it was no problem at all. It’s convenient to restaurants, boat rentals, and right on the water. The views are great and has a wonderful relaxing porch. I will definitely stay there again with my family. ##### Brenda J. The area was nice a quiet. I did receive a noise complaint for apparently opening the garage door, which I didn't understand.
