Property was perfect. I was attending a class in the area and this was within 5 minutes. Surrounding area is a big plus & great for walks/runs. Apartment is simple, no frills, but all you need in a spotless package. Home was functionally furnished with all necessities provided. Really enjoyed proximity to dining, coffee, etc. ##### Boog F. Great Neighborhood. Lots of friendly people walking their dogs, running, and riding bikes. Location was quiet. Awesome having the washer and dryer. The property is right next door to a bookstore/coffee shop. It's a pleasant 7-minute walk to Curra's, Hyde Park Bar and Grill, Quack's, Asti, etc. Central Market is also easily walkable. We really enjoyed our stay here - the condo is cute and clean, easily accessible by foot and car with included parking. There was a coffee shop/bookstore and a gourmet grocery shop next to that, as well as a public park and pool just a block away. The kitchen was well stocked, the TV offered several streaming services, and we had zero noise issues. A few extra towels and a throw blanket for the couch would have been nice, but there was really nothing missing for our stay. Great communication with the hosts. There are 3 slats from the bedroom blinds that are missing. The missing slats allow light and the bedroom is not dark while sleeping. The apartment was quiet, clean and updated.
