We were told there was free parking but not until we booked and then checked in did we find out it’s $40 a day to park with them. Advertised a working washer and dryer but the washer was broken. We weren’t told it was broken until the afternoon of the day we were to check in. I think this property has a lot of potential for the area in downtown Austin but be aware it’s not as advertised. They did try to resolve this issue by having cleaners come by and clean the space but they did not even touch the main places we had wanted to be cleaned since they hadn’t been cleaned in the first place. If you spend a lot of money to stay somewhere there shouldn’t be anything left from previous people who have stayed. The rug also was stained from shoes and probably drinks spilt.
