The location was fantastic - easy access to SoCo and the path around LBL. We received a warm welcome, along with a bowl of fruit and chocolates, English muffins and fresh ground coffee. It was a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. A short walk to an entrance to the path around the lake. Great views of downtown. It was sweet that there were flowers on the table for our anniversary and breakfast foods, fruit, and coffee for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and toilet paper! With a lily pond and beautiful grounds. If you want to feel like you’re in a home and not a tiny condo this is your place. It’s very unique on the outside with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Washer and dryer iron board really everything you need. I wanted to South Congress and went shopping. Had a fabulous meal Uber back and it was only five dollars for the Uber. Went walking every day on the walking trails along the river. This is my second time here I stayed a week both times and I loved it. Enjoy. PS the owner even left English muffins yogurt and Mandarin oranges. Tea coffee. I arrived at the property at midnight and Raymond the host greeted me and even carried my luggage to my room. Upon entering the room it looked beautifully decorated and as the listings portrayed. Also the host had left a fruit bowl with apples, tangerines, and grapes. Also English muffins, butter and Nutella. I love everything about this property including onsite parking. Nov 15, 2015 #### lovely place We really enjoyed staying here, the place is beautifully done, lots of attention to detail. Loads of natural light which I love. Probably the location is one of the best, we road our bikes to congress ave for breakfast, everything is so close you never have to drive if you don't want too. I also able get to the hike and bike trail so easily and go for a run, its literally down the street.On that note, because its so close to riverside drive, I have to say you can hear the hum of traffic, pretty consistently, although after the first day we did not really notice it anymore. The owner, Raymond, stocks up the fridge a bit so your not running around trying to get milk, etc for the next morning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### katherine S.
