The pictures I saw online make it look really nice, but I was a little unsure at first when I got there and saw it. I even checked for two-way mirrors because I thought, “where did I bring my child to stay?!” I always bring my own pillow and I was glad I had because the two on my bed were really yellowed, lumpy, and stained. The fridge had a leak so the pizza box we put in it got soaked. The room had an odd smell that we never were ever able to place, and the lights didn’t turn on right away- there was like a three to five second delay. But. There were zero bugs of any kind, the shower had hot water, the AC worked, and the mattresses were comfortable and clean. The room itself was clean- no carpet so that was a plus. The staff was helpful but the rooms smelled very bad and were not clean. There also were people milling around the parking lot looking into cars. We asked to cancel and left. The property owner would not refund our money and that is unfortunate but we did not want to stay in an unsafe environment with poor cleanliness. I don’t usually write poor reviews but hope this one helps others choose a different hotel along the road.
