Super Location. Walkability Come explore Austin from this adorable Bungalow set in the coolest East Side neighborhood. Curated for a peaceful vibe and comfort. Gather around the kitchen with a quiet cup of coffee, morning waffles, or evening drinks with friends. Close to fun venues within walking distance. Location is ideal to experience all of Austin. A 'make yourself at home' home! \-Minutes from UT and Downtown \-Snacks, drinks, and coffee The bungalow is set on a quiet street. The open living space is ideal for connecting with your group. Two bedrooms have queen beds (one with an en suite bathroom). The middle room with vintage bunk beds. On street parking is free and available. FREQUENT QUESTIONS What is the parking situation? Guests park on the street. There is plenty of parking for a car or two in front of the house and plenty more on the street. We have a pack n play and high chair stored in the bedroom closets. Is the house a stand alone home? Yes. The house is a single bungalow. Is the space wheelchair friendly? There are a few steps up to the front door. The entire house is one level, but the doorways are not too wide Is child care or sitting service available? A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us! Can I extend a stay? To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout. Can I change or cancel my reservation? We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Are pets allowed? There is a 100.00 pet fee. Are there extra pillows? We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well. Are extra guests allowed? If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:) Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. Could we leave our luggage? We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carport is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags. Are a washer and dryer available? Yes. The washer/dryer is located in the laundry area. Can we check in early or check out late? We can arrange up to a two hour early check ins and late check outs. There is a $20 fee per hour. What is a MUST do in Austin? We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has!
